Eagles Bar & Bistro… restaurant quality food at pub prices
In 1991 the West Torrens and the Woodville Football Clubs united as one to become The Eagles Football Club. And in 2003 the Eagles Football Club introduced the Eagles Bar & Bistro situated at 722 Port Road, Beverley.
The Bistro is open for Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week. We take our food very seriously, offering creations made from the finest and freshest local ingredients. The menu is carefully crafted and accompanied with a Wine List to suit every palate.
The Eagles Bar & Bistro has a 40 Machine gaming room with all the latest games, a lounge area with comfy chairs and big screen TV with Fox Sports.
Whether you be one of the many loyal Eagles Bar & Bistro regulars or a passerby, the atmosphere as you step through the doors is warm, friendly and inviting.
Attentive and capable staff members ensure that your visit to Eagles Bar & Bistro is a memorable one and that the fine reputation already established is maintained.
As one flies the nest, one returns
The eyrie at Eagles Bar and Bistro has changed with a long serving staff member leaving the nest and former staff member returning.
Head chef Jeremy Mangan commenced with Eagles Bar and Bistro in October 2004 and together with manager Vicki Wright developed a strong partnership that has guided the venue through 9 years of providing a high standard of food and service.
But there comes a time in everyone’s life when a new direction or change is needed and time to take flight. So after 9 years, Jeremy has left EBAB to pursue a new career.
We are sad to see him go however, an eagle has landed!
Having started as a kitchen hand from 1/10/2004 – 20/3/2005 then taking on her lst year apprentice at EBAB, Kirsty Morallee returns to the fold to replace Jeremy as head chef.
Kirsty’s experience will ensure the high standard of food synonymous with EBAB will be maintained and our local community venue remains a favourite with patrons.
Eagles Bar and Bistro manager Vicki Wright said it is fantastic to welcome Kirsty back to the kitchen.
“We are very much a family here and it is a great story that having started at EBAB, Kirsty returns to where it all began and now as head chef.”
Vicki added that there is more good news from the kitchen.
Former apprentice Brad Daly is now fully qualified and steps up as second chef.
“I am pleased for Brad as he has worked hard during his apprenticeship and even more pleased that Brad has accepted his new role and the responsibility.”
Eagles Bar and Bistro continues to soar and our loyal supporters can be confident that everything they have come to expect will remain the same.
